About myself

I was born in Keszthely, Hungary, on 24 February 1975. (How do I look like? Click here for a photo!) I am happily married. (Tough luck ladies... ;)

In the elementary school I was quite interested in computers. My first computer was a Commodore Plus/4 (I dedicated my emulator, called Flamingo to her), but that times I worked some sort of other machines too in the 8 bit era. (Eg. C= 64, C= VIC-20, ZX-81, ZX-Spectrum, HT1080-Z, Primo, TV Computer, Enterprise, and lot of others, I can not even remember.)

After a few years in this environment, I met the very first time with the Commodore Amiga, and I fell in love with her immediately. This love is still holding strong my soul, so I will never leave her alone! :)

Nowadays I live in Szombathely, Hungary, I used to work in Berzsenyi Dániel College for 5 years.

Right now I am a freelancer programmer, I create multimedia applications, special programs for custom orders. I also teach in the local college multimedia development and a few other (not as interesting) studies.

I am a programmer, but I like some other computer related jobs, like digital photo making and touching.

I have some computers too, mostly they are living in my private museum, but I am an active coder on my Amiga, I have two Amigas for now:

  • Commodore Amiga 4000
  • CyberStormPPC with Motorola 604e-180 and Motorola 68060-50MHz
  • 128 megs of mem
  • CyberVision64-3D
  • 30 GB Quantum hard disk
  • 48X CD-ROM

The other one is:

  • AmigaOne XE with G4/800 MHz
  • 40 GB hard disk
  • 52x CD-ROM
  • 512 megs of mem
  • some sound card
  • Sil0680 pATA card

So, I am quite happy with them.

Do I have hobbies, others than computers? Of course! I like everything about movies! I am a great fan of cinema, I spend a lot of time and money by watching movies. (But I don't have a TV. I don't like TV shows.)
